Integration Methods

We provide usage instructions to all our clients and examples of how to use each method are available upon request.

1. TextOverPC Software

By far, the easier way to send SMS is by using our TextOverPC software which is available free of charge from our website. All you need is a free account and credit.

2. HTTP API

You can connect to our service using our HTTP API which is the simplest way of connecting to TextOver if you are using TextOver within a program or database.

3. FTP API

This allows you to create a text file and upload it directly into the TextOver system via FTP.

4. SMPP API

For our larger clients, we provide you with direct access to our SMPP Servers for faster delivery of messages and integrated delivery reports.

5. Email2SMS (Email To SMS)

This allows you to send SMS directly from an email client such as Microsoft Outlook.

6. Sim Hosting

If you want to receive SMS via TextOver, we provide a Sim Hosting service. Messages can be delivered by email, or directly into your bespoke software. We can also create autoresponse services and integration with a database. Contact us for more information on receiving SMS and bespoke software.
